- When is your check-in/out time?
- Our check-in time is 3:00pm, and the check-out time is 10:00am (except for special plans).
- Is late check-out available?
- Late check-out is available until 0:00pm with extra \1,050 per an hour per person (i.e. if your group has two people and extended your check-out time for an hour, \2,100 will be added to your payment.). However, please note in advance that this service could be unavailable due to the status of booking.
- How late can I check-in?
- We provide dinner within a set time, so please be sure to check-in by 7:00pm. In case your arrival will be later than 5:00pm, please make sure to inform us in advance.
- Do you have a curfew?
- We don’t set any particular curfew; however, we lock our front door at 11:00pm for security purpose, so please let us know while you go out at night.
- By what time can I call for inquiries?
- Our regular business hours are from 8:00am to 11:00pm. Depending on the content of your inquiries, we might require some time to give you an accurate response.
- Can I pay by credit card?
- We accept most of credit cards; however, there could be some exceptions especially when you made your reservation through a travel agency. If you have any questions, please confirm with us in advance.
- Do I need to pay a booking fee?
- We do not charge any booking fees. Please pay the full amount when you check out. However, there are some exceptions which we require booking fees such as a reservation on the accommodation day or some special cases we determine at our own discretion.
- Is there any cancellation charge?
- We will charge certain cancellation fee for sudden cancellation within five days before the booked date for your own reasons. Please contact us for more details.
- Can I stay together with my pet?
- We are afraid but we don’t allow any guests to bring their pets in our building. Please be forewarned.
- Will you provide complimentary shuttle service if I stay overnight?
- We provide complimentary shuttle service for our overnight guests coming from and going to Fukuroda Station, JR Suigun Line. You can call us anytime for a shuttle, but if you could give us an advance notice, we will be ready to pick you up on your arrival at the station.
- Is there any parking space available?
- We have parking spaces in front of our ryokan (for 50 cars. Free for overnight guests). We are afraid that we can’t take a reservation for the parking lot usage only for tour buses, etc.
- Would you keep my baggage until check-in time?
- Yes, we will! Please ask the front desk and we will keep your baggage for you. If you would like to send your baggage prior to your arrival, please contact the reservation desk in advance.
- Do you provide free internet access?
- We are afraid but we don’t have good internet environment and do not offer free internet access in the building. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
- Can I use any home delivery service from your ryokan?
- Home delivery service through Yamato Transport Co., Ltd. is available. Please ask the front desk or the souvenir shop.
- What do you provide as amenities in the guest rooms?
- Each room is furnished with; face towels, bath towels, Yukata (as nightclothes), tooth brushes, a hair brush, a razor, body soap, shampoo, conditioner, face lotion, and milky lotion.
- Do you have any non-smoking guest rooms?
- We are afraid, but we don’t have any non-smoking rooms. We will pay extra attention to remove any odors from smoking when we prepare a room for you, so please inform us when you make a reservation.
- What time does the dinner/breakfast start?
- You can choose the starting time of your dinner from 6:00pm to 7:00pm; and breakfast from 7:30am to 8:30am. We will ask you your desired time for meals when you check in.
- What if I can’t eat or am allergic to some particular food?
- If you can’t eat or are allergic to some particular food, please let us know in advance. If we are informed on your arrival, there is a possibility that we cannot fully meet your request to change the ingredients.
- Can you warm the baby food I bring in?
- You may bring in your own baby food. We will warm it up for you, so please feel free to ask our staff.
- Is the public baths/roten-buros open for 24 hours? Do you switch the male and female baths by time?
- The baths will be closed at 0:00am and opened at 5:00am. We will close the baths for cleaning from 9:00am to 10:00am. We don’t switch the male and female baths, so please relax and take your time.
- Do you have any chartered (family) baths?
- We are afraid, but we don’t have any.
- Can I just take a bath without staying overnight?
- We will open our baths for visitors from 10:00am to 4:00pm. Fee for an adult is \1,000.
- Can I get a massage?
- Massage is available only for overnight guests. Please make a reservation at the front desk for the time between 7:00pm and 9:00pm. The fee is \4,000 for 40 minutes.
